PAGING AMMENDUM The increases in our business operating costs (fuel, maintenance, credit and rents), have exceeded original estimates for this year. In June 2009 we closed the Long Beach Office and consolidated all business operations into our Tacoma Corporate Office. In June of 2010 we relocated the Corporate office to Port Angeles, WA. All Pacific County pagers have Long Beach numbers and pages are repeated through towers in Chinook (Megler Hill), Raymond and Aberdeen. All Clallam County pagers have Port Angeles numbers and pages are repeated through towers in Port Angeles, Neah Bay and Forks. We merged the local plans in North and South Pacific County into one Pacific County wide area coverage plan. We still offer volume discounts for large groups. Just ask. The below rates are in effect 03/02/2010. Clallam County West End Paging (Towers in Port Angeles, Neah Bay and Forks) Port Angeles No.'s -- $ 81.00 ! $27.00/mo Pacific County Pacific County (Pacific/West Wahkiakum/Metro Grays Harbor) Long Beach Numbers -- $ 57.00 ! $19.00/moWhat we need the most to see in our business to keep providing these services at the lowest prices possible is consistency in the numbers of customers that use our services. With more customers (more pagers) the costs per customer decrease and with less customers (less pagers) these costs increase. To help us keep your costs low we need you to renew your service agreement with us on an annual basis. If you have six or more pagers you can enter into a 2 or 5 year contract which will gives you a guaranteed 10-20% discount off of our published retail rates.
